BOOKING PROCEDURE;
NO deposit is required at the times of booking. However, the full payment has to be done immediately upon the client’s arrival, prior to the safari/climbing commencement date. Failure to secure full payment may raise unwelcome inconveniences.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT POLICY;
Notification of the cancellation OR POSTMONMENT of the travel should be received by E-mail/Voice mail/Video call/Phone call or letter. In the case of any cancellation please do inform us instantly.

LIABILITY:
Lymo Expeditions Kilimanjaro Company provides to the best of their ability for your comfort and safety during your African adventure journey; however it should be understood that all Safaris and High altitude expedition are undertaken at the risk of the client.
Lyimo Expeditions Company and all its employees and agents shall not be liable for any accidents resulting in injury, death, loss or damage of personal property or person however caused. It is therefore advisable to effect suitable personal insurances. The company`s liability for passengers carried in its vehicle is governed by the laws of Tanzania and under the jurisdictions of the Tanzania courts.
Lyimo Expeditions Company will not be held responsible for delays cancellations or no acceptance of reservations. Although we endeavor to ensure that each itinerary advised is properly organized and undertaken as contracted.
Lyimo Expeditions Company reserves the right to subcontract all or any part of a service or to change part or whole of the advertised itinerary should condition necessitate e.g. Health issues, weather, road works or diversion due to accidents, traffic congestion due to rain or any other cause. However, delays caused by vehicle breakdown or mechanical failure during the Safari shall remain the Companies liability.
