Hello adventure seekers! Have you ever dreamt of standing on the roof of Africa, breathing in the crisp, pure air while gazing out at a sea of clouds? If so, then welcome to the thrilling journey of ascending Mount Kilimanjaro via the Rongai Route! At Lyimo Expeditions, we specialize in turning dreams into reality, and we are here to guide you through this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Pack your bags, lace up your boots, and get ready to embark on a spectacular 7-day hike that will stay etched in your memory forever.

Why Choose the Rongai Route?

The Rongai Route is revered for its relatively gentle gradient and its lesser crowd, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a quieter, more intimate climb. Unlike other routes that start on the southern side, the Rongai Route begins from the north, near the Kenyan border, offering unique, breathtaking landscapes and an increased likelihood of spotting wildlife.
